Dr Shermin Lee is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS). She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia, in 2001 and graduated with distinction as a Master of Dental Surgery (OMS) from the University of Hong Kong in 2006. She went on to earn a Ph.D. from the Radboud University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, in 2009.

She worked at the National Dental Centre since graduating and did consulting work from 2010 to 2014, contributing to teaching and research. She was also the associate editor for the Proceedings of Singapore Healthcare, involved in research and publications, and was appointed as a Clinical Lecturer at the National University of Singapore during this period.

She is a fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a member of the Singapore Dental Association and the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She contributed to the presidency of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Singapore, from 2009-2010. Her special interests are dentoalveolar surgery and dental implants. She loves her work and interacting with patients. Her hobbies are photography and appreciating nature and landscapes.
